NUVELLIQUE™ reviews return requests individually, based on the item type, condition, and timing of the request.

Item Condition

To be considered for review, accessories should generally be unused, clean, and returned with original tags, packaging, or included materials when available. Items showing wear, alteration, damage, or missing components may not be eligible.

Before Sending an Item

Please contact support first. This allows us to review your request and provide the correct next step for the item involved.

Accessory-Specific Notes
